shepherds pie? i can remember having shepherds pie one day at school and it was so delicious!but now i'm having trouble trying to find the right recipe..and i'm not sure if the recipe included cheese?any help with this would be appreciated. i'm looking for simple recipes here...and i thought the cheese went UNDER the mashed potatoes?and i plan on making it with beef,not lamb.

Anyone made a shepherds pie with Qourn and then frozen that? Is it possible? I know you can do this with Lamb or beef, buy it fresh, cook it and THEN freeze it. But with Qourn (vegi meat) it's already frozen. I know you can cook the qourn from frozen but it says once defrosted don't refreeze. So is it even possible to freeze a cooked qourn pie?
