Pie Recipe? I need a strawberry pie recipe. But for the strawberries I have the strawberry pie filling. So i need a recipe to fit that.

When doubling a pie recipe, how do I adjust the baking time? I have a recipe for a pie and I want to make two of them. The pie is suppossed to bake for 55 minutes at 350 F. When baking two pies at the same time, how do I adjust the baking time or temperature???

Coconut cream pie recipe & how long will it last? I am planning to make a coconut cream pie for my boyfriend, but he lives 3 hrs away. Looking for a dense, pumpkin pie recipe that is baked in a spring-form pan? Years ago, in Chicago, I used to order a dense pumpkin pie from a small gourmet shop (not at all 'custardy' or Brulee-like); I've lost the information and the shop has since closed, but would like to recreate the recipe as close as possible to what I remember... the pie was 'thicker' than traditional custard pies, but not at all a cheesecake. It was baked in a spring-form pan, so the sides were tall... not angled sides as would be produced in a traditional pie dish. The crust was light and flaky (not a Graham or Ginger Snap crust).
